Multiples

I know there is no way to know for sure with out having an ultra sound. But for the ladies that somehow knew before or found out often an ultrasound, what did your belly look like at 8 weeks, what were your symptoms, did your pregnancy test have a solid pink line early on, how much weight had you gained at 8 weeks,etc.
