Hey, ladies! I have a question. Do you ladies believe falling in love or not rushing be saying yes to a proposal so soon is being a fool?? We've been together for 5 months and he proposed to me already. My SO Is Indian too. But he saying he knows what he wants. And I believe him too. But someone told me only fools rush into things 😔😔😔

If you know, you know. As long as you're ready who cares what anyone else thinks. It's your relationship no one else's. My SO and I got married not just engaged but married only 2 months after meeting/started dating. And here we are August 4th will be our 6 year anniversary and I couldn't have chosen a better man to spend my life with and make a family with. We have two amazing little boys already and baby #3 on the way and the oldest was born a year after us being married. It's right and works for some people so don't let judgemental people stand in your way of your happiness. I can't tell you how many people said we were stupid or should wait. What's the point of waiting when I know it's right?! Good luck. And congrats if you are engaged 😊.

my SO told me he planned on marrying me about 6 months after we got together. We have been together for just over a year now. Im going to college and even tho we know we want to be married, we are waiting till I finish with my studies before actually getting married. He doesn't want me to overload myself with school, the kids (we each have a kid from past marriages) and also planning a wedding. Not to mention that there's a chance I may be pregnant right now. Im 6 days late and was on antibiotics recently so my bc may have failed. As long as you love each other and feel that you are ready, who cares about what other people say. It's your life and your relationship. Love is real and it comes quick, do things based off of your feelings abd your own readiness.

I 100% believe in love at first sight. When I first met my husband I just knew he would change my life forever. When you know you know. That can happen as quick or slow as you need.

I was with my husband for about 2 months when he proposed to me. I then spent 4 months in a truck with him before getting married. I met my husband 3 months before we got together and could still feel his hand in mine after we shook hands the first time. It is like we both knew right then and there. After my previous relationship ended I texted my husband and he came and got me and we have been together ever since. If you feel like it is too soon then talk with him about your feelings.

My sister got married to a guy she met online and met in person once before marriage. They got married 4 months after knowing each other.

Turns out, he's a total douche bag. But my sisters a bitch so they deserve each other in a sense.

My patents got married after two months and they've been together for nearly 40 years now. They don't have love in their relationship though - they only stay together for religious reasons.

My point is, it can turn out bad. I could never marry someone unless I lived with them for at least a year (simply dating and not living together doesn't count as truly knowing someone in my book). But it could certainly work out well for you. Do what you feel is right. And if you're wrong and things turn bad, then at the very least you can say you followed your heart.

Tell him you really want this to work but before marriage you want to really get to know him better.  Marriage is a commitment, it should be for a lifetime, do not jump in feet first, walk in with your eyes wide open.

I wondered before marriage is something wrong with the desi boys ?! lol... my SO said he loves me after a month we started seeing each other and within the next month we got married. Taking time is absolutely a wise decision but for me it has been an amazing journey :)

I actually fell in love with my fiancé after only dating for 1 month, got a tattoo together and then got pregnant after 3 months together and he proposed soon after we found out! If he loves you and you love him, I don't see why not? Love makes us do crazy things!
