Scoliosis Getting Worse?

I have had mild scoliosis, diagnosed when I was 14. It was considered mild enough not to brace, thank god. I’ve never noticed a visible curve in my back but lately my back was hurting and I just saw this picture of me from behind and it looks A LOT worse than ive ever seen it. I am 19, pretty sure I’m too old to be braced an I am freaking out.

I have scoliosis as well. I can easily see it on my sides. One side is way curved in and the other is not. It may not be too late. The only one who can say for sure is a specialist. Schedule an appointment with your primary care dr and have them refute you to someone, or just look for someone who takes your insurance
