Our new puppy!
Last summer we had to put down our 10 year old, White German Shepherd. She was the best dog I have ever had, and ever will. She was a momma to my girls, a protector for our family, and the biggest love of a dog. It shattered me. This dog wasn’t just a dog, she was an extension of me. She went, and did everything with me.

We inherited my sisters Mastiff because of health issues she wasn’t able to keep up for him soon after she passed. My Bulldog mourned her being gone for weeks! She wouldn’t eat, lost her hair, and moped around. If anyone says dogs can’t mourn, they’re wrong. They were bonded.

Our Mastiff is a great dog, but he just couldn’t fill that void of missing our big, sweet girl.

So after letting ourselves heal for almost a year now, we finally got a puppy from the same lineage as our first today!
Meet Ellen! She’s got some pretty big shoes to fill, but I think she’s going to be just perfect. 🖤
