Advice please! Trying to lose weight
About two years ago I weighed 155. I went through depression and have anxiety frequently. I now weight 200 pounds. I want to get back to how much I weighed before. My main goal is 145 though. I did just joined the gym but don't know where to start or what to do. I can't afford to get a personal trainer under my budget. Also, with my eating habits. I have no clue what to make or what. I know veggies are always good. Please anyone give me feedback. I have a picture of me before and one now. Thanks in advance.
