Hot as hell and cramps

Ok lady a little back story I am 26 I have been trying for years for baby 1 never been pregnant had a lapscopy done fed 27 and 2 cyst removed from my ovaries and had done 7 fails rounds of fermara ok this month took my femara 7.5 cd3-7 and also bbt for the first time well I o cd12 which is really early then I thought I was and I have been sweating the last few days non stop today 5 dpo cramping this is not normal for me even on femara I have took it for months never had a cycle like this send me some baby dust and prayers some positive story. and I forget to mention this is my first cycle using preseed also took prenatal vitamins and asprin
