Razor bumps? Help please :(

I always get these and even if I don’t shave for a month they don’t go away under the hair! Are they razor bumps? How can I get rid of them please? It really makes me not confident with a partner!

I would look into buying some of the dollar shave club shave butter. I used this a wet wash cloth and a fresh new razor. I made sure I had enough of the shave butter on when I did shave so I was good and moisturized. Also try to find which way the hairs grow. I shaved down there 2 days ago and I haven’t experienced and kinds of razor bumps I did cut myself once so it obviously bled a little and the little stubble came back the next day, but I would so so so recommend that shave butter. The first time I ever shaved down there it was the worst thing ever and I had razor bumps out the wazoo. But with that butter it really amazed me by how well it worked.
