Coming off of Rigevidon

Hey ladies I already have 2 little ones and I’m now trying for my 3rd. The first two times I’ve come off the implant (both Implanon and Nexplanon without noticing any changes) this time I’m coming off the pill Rigevidon (I’m in the very early stages) and I’m wondering what this difference is between coming off these.

I stopped taking the pill on the 14th April had my week off as normal and this whole week I’ve been emotional and angry and I’ve never been so tired in my life!
