What is this pain? :(

Hey guys, so I had an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> yesterday morning. It was pretty painful since I’m not used to anything going that deep into me but I expected that. I also expected to be cramping afterwards. It feel like period cramps but 10 times worse, specially near my left ovary.

What I wasnt expecting was this shooting pain that went from my right shoulder down to my ribs. It like stops me dead in my tracks, it feels like I cant move. I’m getting really nervous as to what this could be.

Has anyone ever experienced this pain before?
