So here it goes pretty sure I’m pregnant again

I’ve had three loses within a year last one being twins. Had to wait a month after that dnc doctors orders since I’ve been pregnant so much. Anyone get an almost invisible positive. I swear it’s lightly there. We had sex on my peak days of ovulation. I can usually tell right when I’m pregnant with my pst 3 I lost I just knew and I was right. I also can tell days before I’m going to ovulate. I never could do this before, but with being pregnant so many times recently I think that’s changed. Everyone say a pray for us, and that this will be a healthy pregnancy I can’t go through another loss!
