Possibly the start of uti at 30 weeks?

So far I’ve had two this pregnancy one in the first trimester and one in the third. Now I’m kind of getting that feeling one could possibly be starting. Are antibiotics safe at this point in pregnancy I’m just scared if I have to take them again
