I swear sometimes i be feeling fine until i take my prenatal vitamins and then boom here come the morning sickness and other emotions 😂

I had to switch to taking them at night. The problem is I'm more prone to forgetting in the evening.

Try and take them at night right before bed, it may help! Helped with my first pregnancy! Not this one tho lol so everyone is different lol

I made that mistake! I took my prenatal on empty stomach and dear god that wasn’t pretty. I make sure I eat, let it digest for 20-30 minutes and then take my prenatal and it has helped

Yes!! So I eat and take them with orange juice. The vitamin C helps the body absorb the iron better.

I was like that with my last pregnancy, try a different vitamin.  if you take a pill try the gummies. they work so much better for me.
