Implantation or period early??

Alivia • I’m 23 and married to my love, I have a 3 yr old girl and a angel baby boy was born December 3rd @ 37 weeks n was stillborn.. our rainbow 🌈 baby Boy #3 Tobias is finally here

Wondering if any of u ladies got spotting before ur expected period I wasn’t suppose to get mine for 4 more days n my boobs are super veiny n a little sore but the soreness is normal before my period??
