please give me some recommendations for quitting vaping while pregnant! is nicotine gum safe? what will help me? I vape at 12 mgs nicotine and I know I need to stop so please don't criticize me. I just found out I was expecting several days ago and I am trying my best to set the vape down and chew gum instead but I still need a controlled nic fix. I want my baby to be healthy, ant recommendations are helpful. thanks in advance

EDIT: I want to be done with the vaping all together not just the nicotine, because the ingredients in juice cause birth defects .
