Am i pregnant ?

I’m around a few days late i was having sharp pains a few days idk the exact day i ovulated but I’ve been feeling nauseous also I️ had to go to the hospital because I️ had a upper respiratory infection and I’ve never had that before so Idk if that had anything to do with this but I️ thought I️d tell you guys . I’ve been getting strong positive ovulation strips . . Idk if i implanted late or what. Please tell me im not crazy
