Late period but never late. Negative test!

Hi,

I have a very regular cycle of 30-31 days. I am never late. I have been tracking with Glow for 5 months and they are always right on or off by a day for my period and my ovulation days.

I was using opk’s and got a positive on the 11th of this month. I also had a tiny bit of blood in my Ewcm.

I am now 4 days late according to glow. If it’s off by a day (like it has been) then I am still late.

I have had cramps like I usually do a few days before my period but I just have creamy cm. Normally I get cramps before and have pink or dark pink cm a day or 2 before.

I took a test this morning (about 17 dpo) and it’s still negative.

I’m not sure what’s going on as my cycle is like clockwork. I’ve been feeling sick and having food aversions with the continued cramps and school glue cm.

Has anyone had this but got a positive later? Should a wait a week and test again?

Is it possible my hormone level isn’t high enough yet?
