Anyone else experience this

So my previous ovulation according to glow was the March 29 - April 5. So my period was due on April 17 18 19. But I noticed a lot of ewcm on the 10 11 12. So 17 18 19 no period. It didn't show up until the 24 of April for only 2 1/2 days. I spotted 2 more days after that... MY QUESTION IS " can this be implantation or breakthrough bleeding?? I keep having back pain lower abdominal pain.. Yesterday when I would get up from where I was sitting I had so much pain. and took a test. Look what I got??
