Drawing Tablet help?

So I’ve been looking into getting a drawing tablet because I want to start using what the big boys and girls use. I asked my brother (who’s an artist) where to look and for a tablet he told me Wacom and for software recommend Paint Tool SAI.
But if anyone else has any suggestions or recommendations on where I should look I would really appreciate it. I want something where I can see what I’m drawing on the tablet and on the computer screen, and if you could list specifics that would be awesome! I would like something under or around $100. Thanks for your feedback and help!

I use a Wacom Intuos tablet with the Corel 2017 program.

Just going to burst your bubble. What you’re looking for, at that price, doesn’t exist unless it’s being sold at an extremely low discount price. For what you want, you will most like spend at least $200+. 
I suggest starting with galaxy tablets if you want to be on the cheap side. It’ll cost less than $300 to get a tablet that has a digitizer and pen included. Since it’s android there’s a lot of apps to use. You just need to find the best one. Use this tablet to learn digital art without spending mega bucks then move on to the professional stuff when you actually have the money. This is what I did and it worked for me 👌
