Not even sure what to say or ask.
Is this normal? I was on birth control for 5 years, I’ve now been off birth control for 1 year and this is just my 3rd period in the last year. They are becoming more regular so maybe my body is just regulating itself? I’m hoping it wasn’t a miscarriage because we’ve been trying to conceive for a year now. I took a pregnancy test the day before my period started and it was negative.
