Help, What can it be?

So yesterday I got a tattoo done on my upper arm, It was pretty big, Goes a little over my shoulder and a little around my arm. It took about 2 to 3hrs to get done and the tattoo artist had me sitting with my arm over a stool thing. My arm at the time felt numb so we did take about 3 breaks for me to stretch and let my arm rest. Well he finished and my arm is was still numb my thumb feels tingly and my arm is limped, I can barely lift things and when I try to put something down my arm just drops down hard and it kind of aches when I try to move it around. Up my arm from my thumb it feels numb, I woke up today still the same. I feel disabled and that’s the hand I use for everything. What can it be? Should I go to the doctors??
