Diarrhea and birth control

Hi ladies this might be a little personal.. but okay so i have been on birth control pills for about 2.5 months now and so last night I had unprotected sex (that lasted only a few seconds) and he obviously did not cum. We just wanted the experience to see what it felt like because it was our first time doing that.. so I’ve been scared shitless today I’ve been running to the bathroom like 3ish maybe 4ish times today not major diarrhea but not a solid stool. I’ve read that having diarrhea may decrease the efficiency of the birth Control pill? I took my pill last night because that’s when I always take them.. so should I be worried that I’m not protected? Or do you guys think I’m ok
