which is best?? we've been using PreSeed and it is amazing but haven't gotten a positive yet. would another brand be better?

Can't get preseed in Ireland.  I bought conceive plus today to try this cycle.

We can't get pree seed in my area anymore

A doctor I have seen said that pretty much any water based lubricant will work. I haven't tried any, just wanted to pass along some info.
