Can Vitex help you ovulate?
I just started taking Vitex 3 times a day on Friday. Today I got my peak smiley! Its my 2nd month trying, I never got a peak last month so I wasn’t expecting it this month but it happened! I know Vitex helps regulate cycles, could it have made me ovulate this soon or just a coincidence?
