Ovidrel or pregnant?

I took Ovidrel trigger shot 11 days ago. I tested negative on internet cheapies yesterday morning and afternoon. I took a FRER this morning and had a faint line. I took another this afternoon and it’s not faint at all. Is it still the trigger or it possible I’m pregnant? Top test is this morning about 7am. Bottom was around 4 this afternoon.
