Could be?

So I had unprotected sex a few weeks ago, April 8-10. And I was fertile (ovulating) and now Im 3 days late. My boobs are sore especially my nipples (NEVER happens) and my stomach has been cramping, Ive also been non-stop sick, only thrown up 2 times but I get neauses waaay more then I should. It seems my sense of smell has gotten alot better which personally sucks. I took a test Friday morning tho, 2 weeks and 3/4 days since I had sex and it came back negative. It was the digital one too. I dont know what do u guys think???
