Help Hot Flashes!!!

The last four days I have been having sudden hot flashes/flushed cheeks. I’m 11 dpo and I tested negative this morning ☹️ I feel like I’m out this month but I can’t explain these hot flashes lately. Anyone experience this and get a BFP? If so how many dpo were you?
