Help!????

Im trying this method. I want to see if this can help loosen mucus and help to boost  my chances of conceiving.
How many tablets should I take and when should I start taking them ????

I'm trying the SMEP for the first time this cycle and it says if the plan doesnt work after 3 months to take a dose of robitussin (or any cough syrup thats an expectorant) a few hours before BD around cd10 and until you get a positive opk.  I hope this helps!
