I was 10 lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight before I gave birth to my daughter but gained 36 in all (lost 16 and then gained it all back plus 14 more) 
I'm 7 weeks postpartum and I'm 14lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight

With my pregnancies, I was back to my prepregnancy weight by the first “weigh in,” which I think was around 24 hours or less after giving birth. I only gained 10-14 lbs during those pregnancies though. So it was all baby/placenta. On pregnancy #3, and I’m wondering if I’ll be that lucky again.

with my first born I gained 20 pounds and she weighed 9 lbs 6 oz at birth.  within a month or 2 I was back to my pre pregnancy weight.
