Low Fluid But No Induction?

I’m 37+4 with baby #2. I found out three days ago that I have low amniotic fluid, was admitted to L&D; to have lots of testing done but was sent home 6 hours later. They told me I’m borderline severe but didn’t want to induce me until I’m at 39 weeks. Baby has not been moving as much and I’m worried that she may be stressed and my body just aches all the time. I’m worried about her health and safety. I have an appointment when I hit 38 weeks and we will schedule my induction, but I’m still anxious about this. I’ve heard so many scary things happening when moms have low fluid and I’m worried as to why they chose to admit me if they were worried but haven’t chosen to induce now? Any other moms go through this? I’ve told my doctor I’m worried and he said he will check at my next appointment all the vitals again. I didn’t have any of these issues with my first born.
