Snot gravy, crunchy noodles, too much celery. 🤢 That was the only Chow Mein I knew growing up. School was my only exposure to Chow Mein and all they served was canned snot. 🤣

When I met my husband, he introduced me to authentic Chow Mein. That was eye opening for me! Though I still prefer Lo Mein. 😊🥡
