I really need help losing weight
Hey guys so at the end of December I weighed 109 pounds and I had been that weight consistently for awhile between 108-114. By the end of Janie art I weighed 124 pounds. I hadn’t changed my eating habits or anything. I went to the doctor and they ran my thyroid but it’s not thyroid. He said my testosterone levels were slightly elevated and it could mean there is something wrong with my ovaries which could be the reason for my weight gain. The max weight I have hit is 130. I cannot weight this much. I have always struggled with weight and would be happy at 115. I workout everyday, I run at least 2 miles 3-4 days a week and 5 miles 3 days a week. I eat very very healthy. I do eat a lot sometimes and when I first started gaining the weight I wasn’t hungry at all, now I am a little bit hungrier but it’s all healthy food (fruits,veggies, some lean meat). What can I do to lose this weight? Has anyone else gone through this? Sorry this was long I just really need help.
