I have it 24/7 and I am not exaggerating! The nights are the worst because I want to sleep, but my stomach feels so sick🤢 I’ve dry heaved twice the past few days which is awful, but just trying to find some remedies so I can sleep better at night!

My doctor prescribed me an over the counter nausea relief tablet. Works a treat!

Ginger or peppermint tea help calm tummy, I also take preggie pop drops.

I finally tried chewing 1 tums about 3 times a day and it really helped. Someone suggested I was having sour stomach with no reflux and to try the Tums. Other than that, I was living on sprite, cheezits, and baked potatoes.
