Skin tags 😭

I had a couple skin tags around my private parts before I got pregnant that I never took care of because I was dumb and was embarrassed to make the appointment with a dermatologist. My obgyn said she recommended I go to a dermatologist. Now that I’m pregnant they are growing in numbers and the existing ones are getting big. I’m getting overwhelmingly embarrassed! They’re all around around my lady parts. Is this happening to anyone else? Early in my pregnancy my obgyn said we would have to wait until after I deliver but I don’t know if I can wait that long.
