Twins... bleeding and terrified.

Hi ladies. Just found out we’re having identical twins! We are so excited, but I’ve been bleeding for over 24 hours. Nothing heavy... just spotting. Went to the Er last night and we couldn’t determine why I was bleeding, but we were able to see the babies and they were completely fine. Has anyone else had this experience before? Or is anyone in the same boat? I’m almost 7 weeks pregnant, so there would be nothing they could do for the babies if I was miscarrying. I just need some reassurance right now, as I’m so nervous and scared for all three of us.
