insomnia?!
ever since i hit the third trimester falling asleep has been absolutely horrible. i get so frustrated because i am EXHAUSTED by the end of the day but can never seem to fall asleep without hours of tossing and turning (or trying to lol) i walk a mile a day, i don’t drink water before bed, i have plenty of pillows supporting me, i just can’t seem to turn off my thoughts. any help? please, this momma needs her sleep while she can still get it 😩
