i had unprotected sex (he did not finish in me) on my last day of my placebo pills which was about 2-3 weeks ago im pretty sure that i took all my pills on time before my period... i started spotting about 5 days ago and its not too heavy but everytime i check its there.. i recently gave up meat about 4 weeks ago and im not sure if that has anything to do with it but i am also have cramps and sharp pains in my lower right abdomen.. is it all in my head or do u think its just normal pms and coincidental spotting... im stressing out
