Early pregnancy signs?

So I know everyone is gonna say wait till missed period or test but hear me out I have caught a cold, constant runny nose, my face has been hot and flushed the last few days, and I go through hot and cold phases, and most crazily, I got a bloody nose and I’ve NEVER had one before. Plus my body is just fatigued and I’ll pick up something or walk a few feet and I’m out of breath. What do you think? Could these all just be coincidences? I’m 11-12 days DPO, thoughts opinions? My boyfriend came in me at what I thoughts was 2 days before ovulation.
