breastmilk supply
My baby girl is still breastfed. she also eats 3 meals a day, maybe a snack. but due to this, my milk supply is way way down. I was hoping to breast feed until she is 1, but I am pumping less than 1 oz combined. I'm freaking out here. I pump at least twice a day, have tried the teas, and fenugreek. any other tips??
