andenomyosis and pcos....... halp

So I just found out I have both these things and being tested for endo through blood tests. andenomyosis is internal endometriosis. if I have external endo I need a laparoscopy. pricey $$$$$. I'm utterly down trodden. I just hope that i don't have endo as he will put me on meds as soon as bloods come back. any one been through anything similar? For the first time in crying over my fertility!!
