How often do you change your bra?

I’m going for vaca for 2 weeks and I told my mom I’m only bringing one bra and she was so disgusted and lectured me about changing it daily. First off I change them maybe 2 a week. I don’t feel like I have a hygiene issue 😅 I am packing a sports bra and maybe another one since she made the point that my bra will be extra sweater from walking all day during my trip lol

Lol I will wear the same bra for a week or 2 before washing. i don’t sweat a lot. And never have issues with smelly sweaty bra. Haha. I also hate the feeling of bras and the second I get home the bra comes off. I guess some people would think gross but idk I’m a clean person and doesn’t seem necessary to wash and change out my bra as often as I would other items of clothing.

i change my bra every time i wash my clothes, which is about once a week. but i don’t wear bras a lot so it doesn’t really matter if i don’t wash my bra for like 2 weeks because chances are i would have only worn it like... 4 time’s lol

I would say for a trip, take at least two or three. You can wash them in the sink in between wears to remove the sweat.

I would at least change it 3-4 times a week. 1-2 days isnt good, that’s how you get acne.
