trying to walk away

me and my partner have been together for over 3 years. been through a miscarriage, family problems, I even laid of thousands on his mother's debt, my boyfriend has been causing fights and stuff for no reason. baring in mind I do absoloutley everything for him, cooking cleaning paying the bills ect. He became really secretive with his phone so last night I looked at it (I know I shouldn't have done that but I was so suspicious) it turns out him and his mother have been slagging me off calling me a C**t and a prostitute and that he did causing arguments so that I leave him. I feel so betrayed right now and kind of just need words of advice to help me get through the next few days.
