Keto while bf/ttc/pregnant?

Any of you ladies tried keto while pregnant/ttc/bf? If so, how was your experience? I've been wanting to change lifestyle but I'm afraid it won't go well since I bf and ttc #2. Of course I'll be talking to my dr about it, but I want to know of anyone with first hand experience. Thanks!

I eat a keto diet and have done for a little while. I’m not sure I would pregnant though not at least without talking to a doctor first just to be safe.

I don't think keto is a very healthy lifestyle choice. the absence of carbs puts your body into starvation mode. a more practical lifestyle is paleo. basically it's nothing processed. so lots of meat and veggies!
