Advice needed

So Ive been seeing this guy since the beginning of Feb. We haven’t yet made anything “official” but we see each other often and both really like each other. He lives about 45 min south of me.

Im one of those people who thinks about what could happen in the future. We both have a daughter from a previous marriage and were both divorced. I want to stay near the area im ar because im close to my parents and my sister who mean the world to me. He does not have family near him but he owns a house (im in an apt) and his daughter is attending school already. I don’t know if he would ever be willing to move. I feel its too soon to ask but I kind of want to know. Because if he says he would absolutely never move in the future and I already know I wouldn’t, would it be even worth to continue this relationship? But I’m also nervous about bringing that up now, since I don’t want to “scare” him away because its too early.
