Are these apps true?!

Anyone actually followed this and conceived?! Not right don’t trust it? Opinions trying to conceive off the mini pill 5 days so hopefully ovulating is right on the app

Apps just guess your ovulation. An app can’t really tell you what’s going on with your body. Every cycle glow gets my ovulation wrong. So I’m glad I don’t just go by the app. for most the app isn’t accurate. Best to use ovulation tests

Nope my ovulation was waaaay off. But that's probably because I wasn't filling out the logs. If you fill out all of them then glow is pretty good at guessing. Since I've had my son the app was 4 days off on my period at most.

The thing about these apps is the more u track the more accurate it will become. I conceived a couple times on them but I owe it to ovulation tests more than anything. When I used this app without it was days off my ovulation day. The apps just pick the middle of ur cycle for it. When I started using ovulation tests and tracking the results in this app it for more accurate with myself. So I recommend them. I bought a box of 50 on amazon for like 20$

If you just came off the pill it's almost for sure wrong. Look into opk tests to find out when you're ovulating... might take a few months for your cycle to regulate after birth control.

These apps are just a guesstimate. They were all off on my ovulation window by a week. Your best bet is to get OPKs and take you BBT, just make sure you are doing both correctly!
