Beast pain

I have a small pea size knot in my left breast that I have already had checked out. They called it a fibroid or something like that. And they want me to come back in like four more months to get it checked out again and make sure that it hasn’t grew any.

I’m on my cycle but I keep having a burning sharp pain from the top of my beast to just about my nipple. It’s in the same breast as the lump but this is the first time I have had any pain in that breast. And it’s not around the knot.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Please don’t just speculate. I don’t want to be scared. Thanks so much.
