dumped for being too depressed

my boyfriend broke up with me in january, it’s the end of april now, but after a week apart we decided we needed to give it another try and so i gave him a second chance. since then i have been very anxious and depressed and it’s been getting worse the past few weeks to the point where i have gone to the hospital. i’ve been on antidepressants for almost a week and i told him i’d feel better within two weeks but he said he was “tired of dealing with me” and that i was “not worth all the pain i was causing him” so now i’m left alone in one of the hardest times of my life :(
