Orange-ish Discharge??

I had sex 3 days ago, and I am on the pill. Immediately after the sex when I used the restroom, I noticed quite a bit of blood amongst other sexual fluids when I wiped. I’m assuming it was so orange looking because the blood was so diluted. I also hadn’t sex intercourse for about a month before this (plus, it was pretty vigorous and he is well endowed) so I wasn’t surprised by some bleeding.

But after 3 days there is still some of this orange discharge on the toilet paper when I go to the bathroom. Not a lot, and not constantly throughout the day or enough to leak onto my underwear.

Should I be worried or do you think it’s normal after not having sex in a while?
