confused

so starting the 20 of April I got my period when normally it starts the 16 of every month the whole time I ran a fever n my boobs hurt but now it's over n my boobs still hurt n I broke my fever but now it's back n it's seriously not like me to run a fever even when I have the flu or a cold I never run a fever. I also had taken a pregnancy text the 20 a couple hours before my period started n it was negative. My period started off light pink/brown then got slight heavier to still pink but never deep red. also only lasted 5 days. what do u guys think?
