She’s unreasonable 🙄

So I’m 17 and my boyfriend is 16. He recently got a job because his mother has repeatedly told him to. We live 30-40 minutes away. He now works weekends and will be unable to see me during that time. Which has me very concerned. She refuses to let him come over or let me come over there on weekdays because of school. We’ve been dating for 2 years and she’s always finding ways to make this relationship difficult and make us argue. What should I do? (Breaking up is not an option) He just got the job and has not started so he’s unable to change hours.
