Natural miscarriage 12 weeks at home (no pain meds)

I just want to share my experience with a natural miscarriage at 3 months pregnant. It wasn’t at all what I expected.—- WARNING TMI ⚠️ I feel pretty empty since I passed the baby last night. No amount of reading prepared me for the pain. It was not “ period like pains “ it was severe cramps started every 30 minutes maybe then after 6 hours it became every 2-3 minutes and they lasted about a minute. That happened for 30-45 minutes till I finally pushed out what I presume was my baby/placenta. Weirdly after that the cramps continued and I had a rush of fluid come out of me. I was on top of towels on my feet squatting and I’m sure I didn’t just pee myself. It was red and watery and happened in like two short bursts SORRY for tmi but the whole experience is blowing my mind. Anyway I had another severe cramp where I pushed and another huge (clot?) came out. After that I felt so much better and cramps eased up a lot. I drank a lot of water during the whole ordeal and I’m honestly proud of myself because I thought I was gonna die from the cramps and GOD THE BACK PAIN.I was alone through the whole thing but I made it. Obviously I’m sad because my baby didn’t make it, but i really do believe god does everything for a reason.
